Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Taylor & Francis Group recognised that their employees were going through a range of challenging emotions including isolation, and stress.
Taylor & Francis Asia-Pacific embarked upon creating a Mental Health First Aiders programme, to help foster an environment where their employees may proactively look out for each other and feel safe reaching out for support.
To address these goals, Calm Collective developed and ran a 4-part Mental Health First Aiders Training Programme that covered:
Presence & Emotional Regulation
Listening & Empathy
Group Facilitation
Mental Health First Aid
Throughout the training programme, Calm Collective also guided the Taylor & Francis team around building a peer support programme to ensure its effective implementation post-training.

What did you enjoy most about working with Calm Collective?
“They have strong expertise in the mental wellness area. The whole program is well-structured while allowing space to customize to meet individual needs. It’s been a pleasure working with Calm Collective. I love the part where we had a check-in in the midst of the program to reflect and make changes together by incorporating feedback from participants and key stakeholders.”
