Our Peer Support Foundations Training Programme is now open to the public!

Designed to give you practical skills to support others and improve your own mental well-being.

Learn directly from mental health professionals how to create safe spaces for open conversations about mental health and build confidence in offering peer support.

  • Training duration: ~10.5 hours

  • Self-paced learning: From Mon, 23 Dec 2024 onwards

  • Virtual live trainings: Tue, 14 Jan 2025, 7:30pm - 9:30pm and Sat, 18 Jan 2025, 10:30am - 12:30pm

  • Cost: $680* per person

    • *Early bird special: $540 per person (ends 30 Nov 2024)
