#ifeelyoubro: Don’t suffer in silence

About this talk:

There seems to be this mindset that men are mentally stronger than women. That they can cope more. That they should cope better. But this is wrong. Mental health does not discriminate, and when it does strike, it can be completely overwhelming. Men and women need to feel as though they can speak out and take the real courage to be open and honest about their mental health. Being a man, it is OK to talk about your emotions and sought professional help or to be able to confide in someone. Shout out to all the men out there! Get your fellow ‘bros’ to join this session and change the conversations on men’s mental health!

#ifeelyoubro, you are not alone.

A chat with Lino Felix (Peer Support Specialist), and Ron Yap (@mentalhealthceo).
