In a recent talk we hosted, “Coping with change and uncertainty” our panellist, Dr. Syed Harun Alhabsyi and Shi Min Liew shared valuable insights and practical strategies to help individuals and organizations navigate through these difficult times. They also highlighted the need for self-compassion and self-acceptance in dealing with difficult situations.
